I found the manager and although apologetic, and promised to talk to his staff, said there wasn't much he could do to change. They just shrugged their shoulders and continued chatting away to each other, ignoring the mayhem that was going on around them. I complained to a couple of staff members to be told it was ok for people to bounce like this. Children were getting injured left right and centre. Children were running riot! Not one of the staff who were so called supervising and ensuring the safety of visitors made any effort to enforce the rules and stop multiple people from bouncing on single trampolines. I visited the Bristol Flip Out with my grandchildren and was absolutely shocked and appalled by the complete lack of supervision and organisation of the place. They had 1 young girl supervising, I would say she was around 16-17 years old and she didn't seem to concerned with stopping the bigger kids. This made it dangerous for my 2 and 3 year old to play. There we a lot of much bigger kids/teenagers in there. Now to the supervision, the little kids area was supposed to be for up to 130cm. Then at 1420 they started to try and clean up all the food and telling everyone they had to leave. Then at 1400 the food arrived, the kid's sat down to eat and one of the young girls who worked there started walking around with sharp scissors cutting the arm bands off of the kids.

Drinks came out at around 1340 after numerous requests. The kid's got their arm bands late at around 1315-1320. The party started at 1300, the party area was still being cleaned from the previous party. The party was 1300-1430, so 1 hour for jumping and 30 min for food. My sister called up and asked if they could postpone, they said no and hung up on her. He was unfortunately sick before the party.
